Shipping is being handled as fast as we can. There are delays from vendors, suppliers, and within the shipping carrier systems. This is resulting in more out of stock items than usual. We are trying to keep the website up to date as much as possible, but there will be times it isn’t 100% accurate. So it's possible an item ordered may be out of stock. In that case, we will email you when we go to process it.
In addition, and most importantly, our customer service will not be what you are normally accustomed to or expect from us. For that we apologize. NO PHONE CALLS. NO PHONE ORDERS. Until further notice, we are simply going to process orders and the following applies:
- We won’t be answering any questions in emails/orders related to tech, stock, order ship dates, shipping quotes, etc. The only email replies will be if you received your order and there was an issue with it.
- We are presently 2 to 4 days behind on orders.
- We are processing orders in the order received. Please review your order closely prior to placing as we are not able to do substitutions, changes, and additions at this time.
We ask for your understanding during this time as we are trying to deal with nearly double the sales volume combined with less staff. We look forward to resuming normal business operations as soon as we can and will update this auto reply email and the note on the website when that happens.
