VAPE ignition system for Suzuki 725659900

Fits Models: Suzuki single spark cylinder head models TS250, TM250 TM400. We offer a heavier flywheel model for the TS185 and TS250 models. These off-road Enduros do better with more flywheel mass.

Magnet based generator with inegrated solid state ignition. Single spark plug configuration ignition with own power supply from within the system. Replaces original Kokusan Denki magneto/CDI as well as all ignition parts and regulator Light output 12V/150W DC.

Fixed ignition timing (does not have advance control). Does not require changes to crankcase. You will need to fabricate a mounting bracket on the frame for the coil.

Advantage over original system:

• all parts are new
• solid state ignition
• more light output
• very stable ignition with solid spark
• better starting, better fuel burning
• comes complete with special flywheel puller

Finally finished my 1974 Suzuki TM 400 project that I purchased the electronic ignition for. (Remember bracket photos). Anyway, a little feedback for you about the ignition. It works absolutely amazing! As it's info stated, it is easier to start, and has smooth power transition. Those were 2 of the problems with the stock "light switch" CDI ignition.And while building this project I modified both carburetion/induction and exhaust, which I estimate helped somewhat in smoothing out power, but feel the ignition helped the most. I also improved handling with replacement of "flexing" stock swing arm, and shaved weight all along the build to make the bike 15 lbs. lighter.Cheers, Eddie
