Vape Ignition 7331799AC 7331799DC
Generator / electronic ignition for 2 stroke KTM type 546 Liquid Cooled (with 90mm base, fitted LH side of engine). The system is technically capable to run without battery.
Note: The 546 engine has also been delivered with a 110mm base 9with cut side)! For this engine see system 7186799.
Replaces stock Motoplat or SEM alternator (also ignition only SEM) and stock ignition system (including ignition coil and regulator/rectifier). There is no need for changes on engine casing. Optional flywheel puller PD40911 available for this system.
Replacement magneto with light output DC System 12V/100W DC, AC System 12V/70W AC
We recommed the DC system for greater light output and compatibility with LED light kits.
Fits models:
KTM 250 300 models with engine number 546 after asterisk. These ignitions are mounted left side on 90mm base plate. Replaces Motoplat and SEM ignitions.
