1979-2013 Honda XR80 | XR80R | CRF80F Piston Kit

Complete piston kit to rebuild the top end of a Honda XR80, XR80R, CRF80. Standard bore was 47.50mm. Kit comes with new, 9.7:1 compression piston, rings, piston pin, and circlips. Compression is moderately increased from stock pistons, but not high enough to need any modifications to other combustion parts. Choose oversize from drop down list. If your option is not shown, then that size is out of stock.

Have your cylinder measured by a professional! At +1.5 and +2.0 this is still not a big bore kit, but may require larger gaskets. To install any of these kits will require a bore and hone of your cylinder.
